London Boutiques

Bread & Honey Boutique

The second Boutique I visited was Bread and Honey. Situated on Whitecross street near Shoreditch, its one of London's finest streetwear destinations. The founders include Laurent Roure (buyer and urbanwear expert) and Laurent Chaumet (nightclub promoter).

The womens collection is funky with a chic-casual feel to Hoxton styling and fabulous assesories. It has a touch of french rock chic. Whilst the mens collection varies from upscale sport to preppy fashion and assesories with a classic touch.
Everything is sourced by Chaumet personally, resulting in a wide range of t-shirts and polos from small label Artysm to Stüssy and Duffer.
The owners have a keen sense of current trends and only chose the best for the customer's pleasure.

When I visited Bread and Honey on a busy Saturday, I found the atmosphere within the store friendly and pleasant. The womens collection seemed to have a Japanese feel and the mens collection was rather dull in comparison. The staff were great, and honest about how the clothes look on you; a rare find in fashion. Overall I found visiting Bread and Honey a very enjoyable experience.
